Taylor Peterson and Ian McDonald first connected over a shared passion for real estate, with their friendship and mutual interests evolving into what is today TMac Capital.

We own over $4.7M worth of real estate comprised of single family homes, condominiums, and multi-family apartment buildings in Chicago IL, Cheyenne WY, and Charlotte NC.

Taylor’s responsibilities include property management, CapEx, and project operations.

Ian’s responsibilities include investor relations, bank/lender relations, capital raising, and other back office functions.

We conduct thorough due diligence on the property, including reviewing utility bills, bank statements, on-site research, and inspections.

Step 5

Based on the due diligence findings, we renegotiate the offer if necessary.

Step 6

Our attorney prepares legal documents, both parties sign, and the mortgage is approved by a guarantor, either a third party or a general partner.

Step 7

The deal is finalized and closed.
