As professionals in software sales, we connected through a shared passion for real estate. Our mutual interests and complementary skill sets turned an initial accountability partnership into what is now a thriving business collaboration. Together, we formed Pattison Partners, combining our expertise to grow a diverse real estate portfolio.

We currently own over $5.2M worth of real estate, including single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-family apartment buildings across Illinois, Wyoming, and North Carolina.

Our first deal in Wyoming, showcased the potential of strategic investing and cemented our partnership. Today, we are expanding into larger multi-family commercial buildings, aiming to build generational wealth for our families and investors through thoughtful and strategic investments.
