Our Story

What began as a LinkedIn connection through the tech sales community grew into an accountability partnership and eventually blossomed into a business partnership.

Our first deal brought us to Cheyenne, WY, where Taylor had already been investing. It was here that we met in person for the first time and saw firsthand the potential in the Cheyenne market. The success of that deal solidified our partnership and motivated us to expand further.

Today, we are focused on growing our portfolio, with a particular interest in larger multi-family commercial buildings.

Our long-term goal is to build generational wealth for our families and investors through strategic real estate investments. We’re excited for what the future holds as we continue to grow and achieve these goals together.

What began as a helping hand for a friend flipping houses, to then attending every real estate event I could find, has grown into a true passion. After taking on my first investment property—gutting it to the studs and rebuilding it myself—I was hooked. That hands-on experience not only gave me a deep understanding of the business but also laid the foundation for successfully scaling our portfolio to where it is today. My hands-on involvement in every aspect of the business has been a key factor in our continued success.

To fund this journey, I have built a thriving career in medical and tech sales, culminating in earning the prestigious President’s Club award after breaking a company sales record.

First and foremost, I am a husband to my beautiful wife Hannah, and father to a happy, smart, and opinionated daughter named Parker! After growing up in Indiana and spending a decade building my career in software sales in Chicago we decided to head south for warmer weather and a new scene that was closer to family…Charlotte, North Carolina.

My career in software sales spans across Large Enterprises like LinkedIn and Gartner to early and late stage startups like Gong.io. I have experience both as an individual contributor as well as leading teams, which gives me a well rounded perspective and the operating rigor to manage our real estate business and investments.
